| Requirements |
* Bachelor's degree strongly desired (EE or ME preferred), but will consider non-degreed candidate if they have a VERY STRONG closely related background in high speed web handling equipment (paper, film, printing or flexible pkg).
* Successful candidates MUST have STRONG troubleshooting skills on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems within a related manufacturing environment.
* MUST have STRONG project management skills:
- Have drafted capital expenditure requisitions - gather information for justification of capital, obtain cost of capital items.
- Design, install and startup of new equipment.
- Manage new equipment installations and startups.
* Should be well versed in PLC programming.
* Should be well versed in digital and analog AC/DC drive design, programming and installation.
* Well versed in computer (PC) fundamentals, including communication protocols, Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft Office software.
